Basic Porsche History Class
About this event
Join us Saturday, Oct. 21st at 11am for Basic Porsche History
PNWR's Historian, Jay Gillotti, will provide a basic overview of Porsche family and company history. This will include both pre-World War II and post-war projects and products. We will discuss the type numbering system and car names, basic model histories and significant racing cars.
Ideal for new members but all are welcome who want to learn about the basic history and iconography of our cars. Plenty of time to enjoy the museum and Porsche 75 exhibit after the class. The class will repeat a few times during the run of the Porsche 75, which will be in place until January of 2024.
